2. Products & Orders

  • All products, including imitation jewelry and gift items, are subject to availability.

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, including colors, sizes, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect information or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit/debit cards via PayFast

    • JazzCash Wallet / QR payments

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) via PostEx courier

  • Payment is taken at checkout or at the time of delivery (for COD orders).

  • Any transaction fees imposed by payment gateways are included in the total order price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery times:

    • Within city: 2-3 business days

    • Other cities: 3–4 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

  • For COD orders, the amount must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be requested within a day of delivery. 

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received.

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Original receipt must be presented.

  • A purchase may only be exchanged once.

  • Sale, discounted or promotion items cannot be exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including images, text, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Jolie Box.

  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Jolie Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.
