Return & Exchange Policy

At The Jolie Box, every piece is packed with care and checked thoroughly before it is shipped. We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do.

Please note:
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of a manufacturing fault.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within a day of receiving your package. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process. 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must share photos or a short video clearly showing the fault 

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same or a similar item.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or design chosen

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Minor colour variations are normal and not considered a defect

  • Items lost or damaged during return transit

In case of a return or exchange, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
