1. How can I place an order on Jolie Box?

Simply browse our collections online, select your favourite jewellery or gift item, choose any available options, and proceed to checkout. We accept cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan.


2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

  • Within city: 2–3 business days

  • Other cities: 3–4 business days
    Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays. 


3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to monitor your delivery.


4. What if I change my mind after ordering?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to double-check your selection before checkout.


5. What if my item is damaged or has a defect?

We carefully inspect every piece, but if you receive a manufacturing defect, contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.


6. Who pays for return shipping?

If an exchange is approved, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.


7. Do the product colors look exactly like in the pictures?

We make every effort to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or device screens. Minor colour differences are normal and not considered defects.


8. Are your prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes! All prices on our website include applicable local taxes. For orders within Pakistan, no additional customs duties apply. For future international orders, any applicable duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
